Under international.expert domain, there is an association of independent qualified lawyers, attorneys and private entrepreneurs who operate exclusively in the legal field, relying on existing laws, sub-legal regulations, regulatory agreements, judicial acts with regulatory content, ratified legal acts of Ukraine , CIS and European Union.

Specialists working under the association international.expert, provide a number of informative-consulting, accompanying services in the field of international law, the institute of citizenship. Our main task is to consult persons who have asked for help; also to make analysis, based on the provided information, the grounds for the execution of application documents for the registration of citizenship of the European Union and third countries. At the same time, if there are grounds confirmed by the necessary documents, experts of international.expert provide information on the form and requirements of the relevant state bodies to submit application and accompanying documentation to the authorized state bodies in accordance with the current legislation of these countries, for example – the Law of Romania “On Ctizenship” No.21/1991, the Law of Republic of Bulgaria “On Citizenship” of 1999.

International.expert specialists have many years of experience in the migration services field and act according to all the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Romania, the Republic of Bulgaria. The specialists activities competence in international.expert is based on the Law of Ukraine No.222-VIII of March 2, 2015 “On Licensing types of economic activity”, according to Art. 7, which contains a complete list of economic activities that are subject to licensing, no area of ​​jurisprudence is subject to state licensing; the Federal Law of 04.05.2011 N 99-FZ (amended on 12/31/2017) "On Licensing certain types of activities" (amended and added on 01/01/2018) according to Art. 12, which contains a complete list of economic activities that are subject to licensing, no area of ​​jurisprudence is subject to state licensing; the Law of Ukraine No.2297-VI of June 1, 2010, on Personal Data Protection, the Federal Law “Personal Data”, of July 27, 2006 No.152-FZ. According to this regulatory legal act, all personal data of individuals obtained in the course of cooperation is not subject to storage and distribution.

Also, the international.expert activities are closely related to translation services. Translators who perform activities in the interests of our clients, act as private entrepreneurs registered in the unified state register of legal entities, private entrepreneurs, and public organizations based on the Law of Ukraine No.755-IV of 15.05.2003 “On State registration of legal entities, private entrepreneurs and public formations", thr Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On State Registration of legal entities and private entrepreneurs" No.129-FZ, RF Citizens Code, other federal laws of the Russian Federation, as well as the individual regulations of the RF Government.

This License Agreement (hereinafter the Agreement) is concluded between the Administration of the website international.expert and the Internet User (any individual, private entrepreneur, legal entity) (hereinafter the User). The website is available on the Internet at https://investments.international.expert/.

According to part 3 of article 56 of the Law of Ukraine “On Telecommunications”, the administration of the address (.expert domain) is carried out by a non-governmental organization, which is formed by self-governing organizations of Internet operators/providers and is registered in accordance with international requirements.

According to the current legislation of Ukraine and the Russian Federation the data about the website owner may not be displayed. Information about the owner of the resource is requested in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Procedure Code of Ukraine from the administrator of the registration and accounting system for domain names and addresses of the Ukrainian segment of the Internet, as well as an equivalent organization in the territory of the Russian Federation.

Administration of the website international.expert provides you the services of the site under certain conditions that are the rules for using the site https://international.expert. In this regard, the User is obliged to become fully acquainted with this User Agreement before completing any form on the site. Filling out the feedback form on the website means the full and unconditional acceptance by the User of this User Agreement in accordance with Art. 642 of the Civil Code of Ukraine “The acceptance answer of the person to whom the proposal to conclude an agreement is addressed, must be complete and unconditional”. According to Art. 37 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation of 11/30/1994 No.51-FZ (amended on December 29, 2017) “Advertising and other offers addressed to an indefinite circle of persons are considered as an invitation to an offer, unless otherwise specified in the offer. The response to such proposal is the offer”.

These rules of use of the international.expert site were developed by lawyers who has experience in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation and experts in the field of international law who determine the conditions for using the site, as well as the rights and obligations of its users and administration. The rules concern relationships related to the rights and interests of third parties who are not users of the site, but whose rights and interests may be affected by the actions of users of the site.

The site user is a person who visits the site in accordance with the procedure established by these rules.

The user is responsible for the accuracy, relevance, completeness and compliance with the legislation of Ukraine provided information and its purity from the claims of third parties.

Information on the website international.expert has introductory nature. It cannot be the basis for the emergence of legally significant rights and obligations of the owner of international.expert or its partners, unless otherwise is previewed. The administration is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the User in a result of improper and/or illegal use of the site international.expert. The administration of the site international.expert is not responsible for the information and/or its consequences that are not posted on the resource by the owner and/or for information that appeared because of hacking the site by hackers.

This User Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Site Administration unilaterally without any special notice. This User Agreement is an open and public document. The Site Administration recommends Users to check the terms of this User Agreement on changes and/or additions. Continued use of the Site by the User after making changes and/or additions to this User Agreement constitutes acceptance and consent of the User with such changes and/or additions.

Terms of intellectual rights

It is forbidden for User to:

  • - upload, store, publish, distribute and provide access or use any information that: contains threats, discredits, insults, denigrates honor and dignity or business reputation and/or violates the privacy of other users and/or third parties; violates the rights of minors; is vulgar or obscene, contains obscene language, contains pornographic images and texts and/or scenes of a sexual nature, including with the participation of minors; contains scenes of violence or inhuman treatment of animals; contains a description of the means and methods of suicide, any incitement to commit it; promotes and/or promotes incitement to racial, religious, ethnic hatred or enmity, promotes fascism and/or the ideology of racial superiority; contains extremist materials; promotes criminal activity and/or contains tips, instructions, guidelines for the commission of criminal acts, contains information of limited access, including, but not limited to state and commercial secrets, information about the private life of third parties; contains advertising, describes the attractiveness of the use of narcotic substances, including "digital drugs" (sound files that affect the human brain due to binaural rhythms), information on the distribution of drugs, recipes for their manufacture and/or tips on using; is fraudulent; and also violates other rights and interests of citizens and legal entities and/or the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
  • - download, store, publish, distribute and provide access to or otherwise use viruses, trojans and other malicious programs.

In case of user disagreement with the site rules or their updates, the user has the right to refuse to use it, having previously informed the site administration about this.

Any copying of information, materials and elements of the site is prohibited. This violates the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights" No.3792-XII of 12/23/1993, the Law of the Russian Federation of 09.07.1993 No.5351-1 (amended on July 20, 2004) "On Copyright and Related Rights", which protect personal non-property rights and property rights of authors and their successors associated with the creation and use of copyright and related rights. Any copying from the site or content, except for links to download, without prior written permission of the copyright holder, is strictly prohibited.

All objects placed on the site, including design elements, text, graphic images, illustrations, videos, scripts, programs, music, sounds and other objects and their collections, are objects of exclusive rights of the administration, users of the site and other owners, all rights on these objects are protected.

Except as established by these Rules, as well as current legislation, no Content may be copied (reproduced), revised, distributed, displayed in a frame, published, downloaded, transferred, sold or otherwise used in whole or in part without prior permission of the copyright holder, except when the right holder expressly consents to the free use of the Content by any person.

Any use of the Site or Content, except as permitted in rules or in the case of the express consent of the copyright holder for such use, without the prior written permission of the copyright holder, is strictly prohibited.

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in rules, nothing in these rules can be considered as a transfer of exclusive rights to the Content.

The site administration may (but is not obliged to) view the site for the presence of prohibited content and may delete or move (without warning) any content or users in its own discretion, for any reason or without reason, including any restrictions moving or deleting content which according to the personal opinion of the administration violates these rules, the legislation of Ukraine and/or may violate the rights, harm or threaten the security of other users or third parties.

This agreement is agreed by the Parties with full understanding of its terms and terminology.
